These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BNPLCheck (the "Site"), operated by CLEADEAL LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What this Site provides

The Site offers general information and interactive self-help tools (such as checklists, calculators, and document templates) for personal, non-commercial use. The content is educational in nature. Nothing on this Site is professional advice · not legal advice, not financial advice, not tax advice · and using the Site does not create an attorney-client, advisor-client, or any other professional relationship between you and us.

2. No guarantees

We work hard to keep our information accurate and current, but laws, rules, and provider terms change. We do not guarantee that any information, calculation, or template on the Site is complete, current, or correct, or that using it will produce any particular outcome. 3. Your responsibilities

4. Payments

The Stack Audit Kit is a one-time purchase of $29 USD, processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). One payment covers it in full and gives you ongoing access to the kit page — nothing recurs, nothing renews. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site · text, tools, templates, design, and branding · is owned by CLEADEAL LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself. It does not transfer ownership or give you the right to share, resell, or republish it.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLEADEAL LLC and its owners, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or its products · including any decisions you make based on the Site's content. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLEADEAL LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

8. Third-party links and providers

The Site may link to third-party websites or reference third-party services (such as payment processors). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
